Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet our return conditions. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

   
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
   
• With all original tags attached
   
• Free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
 

    

Thrifted & Vintage Items

 

Due to the unique, pre-loved nature of our thrifted pieces, all thrifted and vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We carefully inspect and describe each piece, including any imperfections, in the product listing.

    

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

 

   
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
   
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
   
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
 

    

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
